The BRINscan Mk III

BRINscan Mk III FULLY AUTOMATIC CYCLE
As an off-line machine, all an operator needs to do is to load the component onto the machine table and press a footswitch. The test result is given immediately and the operator removes the component. As an in-line machine, the machine cycle can be initiated automatically. All elements of the machine cycle are operator variable and recorded. Calibration is not operator variable.

HEAVY DUTY
Very strong construction – the large machine table can be repeatedly loaded with components weighing op to 10 tonnes without damage. With a fixed table, the unit it is suitable for fitting into a line.

A version of this, our most robust machine, is available without the BRINtronic Automatic Brinell Microscope. The BRINsa offers all the remaining features of the fully automatic BRINscan MkIII at a reduced cost. The BRINsa is fully upgradeable to a BRINscan MkIII at any later stage.

If you are interested in a machine with the automation of a BRINscan but do not need such robust construction, you may be interested to consider a BRIN200D - TS, which can offer many automated features at a lower cost.
